Who we are
Every occasion deserves to be unforgettable.
Founded in 2022 to redefine event experiences in the UAE, BARQ handles end-to-end event planning, organising and management — venue selection, concept design, logistics, technical production and on-ground execution.
We also supply professional event staffing: hosts, promoters, ushers, marshals and technical crew, trained to deliver a smooth experience from the moment a guest arrives to the final applause. The result is that our clients spend the day with their guests instead of chasing details.

We start with the objective, the audience and the budget — not with a package. One call is usually enough to scope the event properly.
Concept & costed proposal
Creative direction, format, venue options and a line-by-line budget. You approve the numbers before anything is committed.
Production & approvals
Suppliers contracted, permits and organiser submissions filed, technical drawings issued, run-of-show written and rehearsed.
Execution on the ground
Our own event manager, crew and staff run the day — the same people who planned it, not a handover to strangers.
Wrap & reporting
