What we cover

Six disciplines. One delivery team.

Our trade licence authorises a full range of activities across events and entertainment. These are the six we are booked for most — and every one of them is delivered by BARQ staff, not subcontracted away.

Need people rather than a full production? We supply trained, uniformed and briefed event staff as a standalone service — with a BARQ supervisor on site, so you are not managing agency crew yourself.

How we work

Five stages, from brief to debrief.

Brief & discovery

Objective, audience, date, venue constraints and budget range. We ask the awkward questions early rather than late.

Concept & costed proposal

Creative direction, format and a line-by-line budget you can take to procurement without rework.

Production & approvals

Supplier contracting, permits, organiser submissions, technical drawings, run-of-show and rehearsal.

Execution on the ground

Event manager, stage manager, crew and staff — all BARQ, all briefed, all on site from build-up to strike.

Wrap & reporting

Reconciliation, attendance and performance data, and a debrief that tells you what to change next time.

Not sure which one you need?

Describe the event in two lines. We’ll tell you what it actually takes.
