Every occasion deserves to be unforgettable. We shape ideas into events people remember — from intimate gatherings to large-scale corporate functions.
Founded in 2022 with a vision to redefine event experiences in the UAE, BARQ Event Management Co. LLC handles end-to-end event planning, organising and management. We cover venue selection, concept design, logistics, technical production and on-ground execution, so clients can focus on their guests instead of the details.
We also provide professional event staffing — hosts, promoters, ushers, marshals and technical crew — trained to deliver a smooth, professional experience from the moment a guest arrives to the final applause.
In three years we have become a repeat partner to some of the most demanding names operating in the region, including FedEx, DHL, Ford, DP World, dnata, Emirates Flight Catering, Aldar, Miral and the Higher Colleges of Technology.
